Fine or Flavour/Specialty Cocoa Specialist (Commercial)
This person executes jointly with Head of Trade and its colleagues from the Specialty Cocoa desk the strategic goals and short-term objectives, including but not limited to positioning Client as the connector of in-depth knowledge and markets with passion for cocoa and chocolate!
The specialist builds intimate (key) customer and supplier relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and builds and maintains extensive knowledge of market conditions in the Specialty Cocoa market as well as in-depth product knowledge. The Specialty Cocoa Specialist should be perceived by counterparties as a specialist in this market who can advise on flavor and the right usage of the beans.
We appreciate good knowledge of preferably the Fine or Flavor cocoa market, the Gourmet market, cocoa ingredients market or other soft/agricultural commodities. Proven commercial success, preferably in the above mentioned markets, is welcome.
